Are you starting your diet today?

Most people start their diet on a Monday because it is the beginning of a new week and, psychologically, a new week. Often the shopping is done over the weekend and you will have no doubt decided towards the end of last week that today you would make a real effort to lose weight in time for Christmas.Before you start the day, step on to your scales in your birthday suit and note what you weigh.
